Provident Investment's approach in helping clients covers 3 stages:

STAGE 1: IDENTIFY
Provident Investment's customer centric process starts by understanding its clients clearly. Through in-depth discussions about the clients' goals and reasons for investment,  we are able to work with our clients to formulate a short term and a long term strategy to help them reach their investment goals.

For clients who are new to the world of investment or the Japan market,  Provident Investment educates clients on five key areas during the planning stages:

STAGE 2: INVEST
Provident Investment will source and recommend properties after doing its due diligence to make sure that the property conforms with the financial needs of its clients. Provident Investment will then continue to represent clients with financing arrangements (where applicable) and the acquisition processes.

STAGE 3: MAXIMIZE
Provident Investment actively manages all aspects of clients’ properties with proactive yield maximization measures in complete alignment with its investors' goals. From keeping up with tax requirements and local regulations to providing clients with  clear and transparent management processes and reporting, Provident Investment offers very comprehensive services.

Provident Investment continuously reviews the asset performance of properties under management, and possesses the flexibility and dynamism to make any changes to the investment strategy or asset management mandate as needed to keep up with the evolving requirements of its investors over time.

Provident Investment continuously monitors the local market and makes recommendations to clients  whenever profitable exit possibilities present themselves, in alignment with clients’ strategies and goals

Residential & Commercial Buildings

For clients who would like to invest in a very lucrative investment opportunity available in Japan, investing in buildings is recommended as it provides a great balance between cashflow and capital gains. Moreover, since most buildings come with a sizable portion of land, there are several exit possibilities.

Single UNITS

Single units or single apartments are the most common type of real estate investment in Japan, especially for cash buyers. Given the lower purchase price,  they offer reasonable cashflow and potential capital gains.

Luxury Properties

While real estate investment is safer than other investments, some properties with certain characteristics - such as scarcity in the market, location, size, reputation of its developer / architect, etc. - tend to insulate the property from market changes. This allows such properties to perform better than the rest of the market.

Own Home Purchase

Purchasing a home is perhaps the biggest investment people make in life. Provident Investment helps clients consider what a perfect home for them would be.
