Provident Investment's customer centric process starts by understanding its clients clearly, through in depth discussions about the clients' goals and reasons for investment, and works with its clients to formulate a short term and a long term strategy to help its clients reach their investment goals.

For clients who are new to the world of investments or the Japan market, during the planning stages, Provident Investment educates its clients covering 5 key areas:

STAGE 2: INVEST
Provident Investment will source and recommend properties after doing its due diligence, making sure that the property conforms with the financial needs of its clients. Provident Investment will then continue to represent clients with financing arrangement (where applicable) and with the acquisition processes.

STAGE 3: MAXIMIZE
Provident Investment actively manages all aspects of the property, with proactive yield maximization measures in complete alignment with its investors' goals, while keeping up with Tax requirements and local regulations, and provides clients with a clear and transparent management processes and reporting.

Provident Investment continuously reviews the asset performance with its investors and make any changes to the investment strategy or the asset management mandate as needed to keep up with the evolving requirements of its investors over time.

Provident Investment continuously monitor the local market and makes recommendations to its investors whenever profitable exit possibilities present themselves, in alignment with the investor's strategy and goals.

Residential & Commercial Buildings

For clients who would like to invest in a very lucrative investment opportunity available in Japan, investing in buildings is recommended as it provides a great balance between, cashflow and capital gains, and since investors own a sizable land investors will have several potential exit possibilities.

Single UNITS

Single units or single apartments are the most common type of real estate investment in Japan, especially for cash buyers, given the lower purchase price, it offers reasonable cashflow and potential capital gains.

Luxury Properties

While Real Estate investment is safer than other investments, some properties with certain characteristics such as scarcity in the market, location, size, reputation of its developer / architect, tend to insulate the property from market changes and allows it to perform better than the rest of the market.
