  • When receiving a tenant leaving notice, discuss with tenants the reason for departure and attempt to resolve any issues to keep tenant happy where possible
  • Understand the reason for each tenant departure to reduce tenant departures in the future where possible
  • Coordinate tenant departures
  • Assess room condition and collect funds from departing tenants
  • Organize room turnover and vacancy preparation
  • Recommend renovations and upgrades where necessary to maximize rental income
